The MarketDay truck comes at 3:30pm and
extra hands are always in need!

Orders will be delivered to the school cafeteria
between 4:45-5:45pm.

In 1975, Trudi Temple's daughter asked her to bake a cake for a school
fundraiser; instead, Trudi broke the mold and brought cases of fresh
produce instead. The idea was a huge hit! The following week the first
“Produce Day” was held in Clarendon Hills, Illinois.

News spread quickly and it wasn’t long before other schools were
requesting similar programs. Trudi began supplementing produce
with meats, seafood and poultry, and Produce Day became a monthly
“Market Day” program at schools. The Market Day concept was born.

Our PTA earns profit every month based on sales of the 150
high-quality, nutritious foods sold; they are designed to meet the needs
of today’s busy and value-minded consumers.

If you have you have not ordered from Market Day before, the holiday
season is an excellent time to consider doing. Forms are sent home at
the beginning of each month. The entire catalog is available on-line
and you can even register and order directly from the website.

The Market Day committee is always looking for volunteers who are
available the 3rd Tuesday of the month between 4:45 - 5:45pm. If you
